OCTOPUS – URBAN LOGISTICS
A comprehensive foresight study on the "Last Mile Delivery" challenge.
As city centers ban combustion engines, we designed a silent, modular ecosystem to bridge the gap between logistical hubs and the final recipient. The goal: reduce congestion while improving the working conditions of delivery riders.

ASSISTIVE MOBILITY
The core unit is an electrically assisted trolley designed for dense urban environments. Unlike standard carts, it features an intuitive guidance system and aggressive ergonomics to reduce physical strain. The modular shelving system adapts to various parcel sizes, from letters to bulk freight.
PRECISION ENGINEERING
Crafted from laser-cut aluminum and tubular steel. The structure is bent and welded with precision to ensure maximum rigidity with minimum weight. The surface is treated with a textured industrial coating to withstand the rough conditions of the urban environment.
SYSTEMIC INFRASTRUCTURE
A product does not exist in a vacuum. We designed the full ecosystem including Smart Lockers: a modular wall system for contactless drop-off, seamlessly integrated into the street furniture to respect the architectural heritage of Lyon.
