MAKE ICI – CREATIVE FACTORY
Transformation through reuse. MAKE ICI is a collaborative production factory where artisans and designers share tools and knowledge.
The challenge was radical: design and build the entire layout using only reclaimed materials from industrial waste. We transformed a constraint into a creative signature, proving that circular economy can rhyme with high-end architectural standards.

ADAPTIVE DESIGN
We adopted an empirical approach: the design adapted to the available materials, not the other way around. Using reclaimed industrial doors, wood offcuts, and glass panels, we created a rhythmic partitioning system that defines the space without blocking the light
COMMUNITY-CENTRIC LAYOUT
Safety and interaction were the core drivers. The floor plan organizes the factory into distinct zones—dusty machinery, clean assembly, and social spaces. This clear zoning facilitates workflow while encouraging spontaneous collaboration between the resident makers.
