Participation in the ephemeral Onitsuka Tiger corner at Saint-Maritaine (Paris). Co-design and setup of a pop-up shop designed to translate the brand's universe into micro-architecture, focusing on product staging, circulation, and the readability of the collections.

Marking a universe pushed to its extreme.
Concept: create an immersive space condensing the identity of Onitsuka Tiger — graphic contrast, reduced signage, and arrangement designed to highlight the silhouettes and heritage codes of the brand.
Meeting the need for efficiency — installation in a small space.
Challenge: optimize product exposure, visitor flow, and storage in a constrained area. Solutions: vertical hanging modules, multi-use furniture, and calibrated visibility angles to capture attention.
Role: overseeing the setup, adjustments on site, and technical coordination with the production team and retail design. Adherence to deadlines and logistical constraints of the festival.
